Tenacious yet sensitive, Audrey is passionate about health policy and women in leadership
Audrey Irish is a final year dental student at the University of Sydney. With a background in politics, Audrey has a keen interest in health policy and advocacy. With experience in health policy she currently sits on multiple committees and councils including the Australian Dental Council, Sydney University Academic Board, and is the current Dentistry and Oral Health Representative on the Future Health Leaders Council.
Audrey has held multiple positions within the Sydney University Dental Association (SUDA) and currently sits on the Sydney University Faculty Board. Her leadership in the dental field saw her elected as president of the Australian Dental Students Association (ADSA) representing Australia’s 3,500 dental and oral health students. Her passion for supporting women in leadership saw her establish the Sydney University Women in Dentistry Committee which she currently chairs.
